Lunch

Pork. Thin sliced.

Eggs. Beaten.

Bread crumbs. Seasoned. Italian.

Dipping the pork into the eggs.

Dipping the pork into the bread crumbs (actually, shaking of excess crumbs).

Getting fried; side one.

In the pan ready to go in the oven.
And, of course, since they got to wait to go in the oven and didn't come out until everyone was home from church, I didn't get a picture of them all done.
